1. The board surface is prohibited from coming into contact with alkaline substances and corrosive organic solvents, such as alkali, alkaline salts, amines, ketones, aldehydes, esters, ethers, sodium hydroxide, methanol, and isopropanol. The oil paint surface on the skeleton should not come into contact with the board.
2. Neutral sealant and gasket suitable for polycarbonate plastic must be selected.
3. During the installation of pc endurance board drilling, to allow for the displacement of board expansion, the drilling diameter should be greater than 50% of the screw diameter, and the distance from the screw hole to the board edge should not be less than 50mm. The screws should not be tightened too tightly.
4. The joint of two plates needs to reserve sufficient expansion space according to the changes in local temperature difference. Generally, the gap width is more than 50% of the screw diameter.
5. When cold bending PC boards, the bending direction must be perpendicular to the direction of the ribs of the board. The cold bending radius of the sunlight board must be greater than 175 times the thickness of the board, and the cold bending radius of the endurance board must be greater than 100 times the thickness of the board.
The calculation formula for cold bending radius: R=1/2h+㎡/8h (R=bending radius; h=arch height; m=span).
6. During the construction process, it is strictly prohibited to directly drill screws on the board. The screw holes should be drilled first before installing the screws. If the board needs to be bent and shaped, it is strictly prohibited to screw on the bending force point.
7. Regularly clean and maintain to prevent the corrosive effect of acid, alkali, and dust on the board. It is recommended to use warm water.
