Before cutting, it is necessary to mark lines and marks as much as possible on the protective film. Transparent PC endurance boards should not come into direct contact with PC boards in new buildings before the cement is completely dry, otherwise the alkaline substances in the cement will damage the PC board material. The calculation method for the allowable curvature radius of transparent Pc Endurance Board is as follows: the allowable curvature radius for outdoor use (R) should exceed 180 times the thickness of the board, and the allowable curvature radius for indoor use (R) should exceed 150 times the thickness of the board. For example, if a 3mm PC board of transparent PC endurance board is used outdoors, its curvature radius should be 3mm x 180=540mm=54cm. Therefore, the designed curvature radius should be at least 54cm, as shown in the minimum bending radius table. When the curvature radius (R) of transparent PC endurance board is less than 180 times the thickness of the board, the bending construction of transparent PC endurance board must be carried out by hot forming. For example, vacuum forming is one of the hot forming methods. However, if the temperature of hot forming is higher than 120 ℃, the protective film must be peeled off first before hot forming.
